Yanda International Health City Recruits Globally

Yanda International Health City is located in Yanjiao on the east of Beijing, 30 kilometers from Tian’anmen Square and 25 kilometers from Beijing Capital International Airport. With overall investment of approximately $2 billion, Yanda International Health City comprises six parts: Yanda International Hospital, Yanda Golden Age Health Nursing Center, Yanda Medical Research Institute, Yanda Medical and Nursing Training Institute, Yanda Guobin Hotel & Conference Center and Yanda International Medical College.

Yanda International Hospital is a Level III Grade A general hospital established according to the JCI standards. It is equipped with 3,000 beds and comprises VIP and international special care zones.

Yanda International Health City is currently recruiting talents for the following positions:

I.     Management Personnel

1. The Health City: President and Vice President;

Yanda Hospital: President, Vice President, and Director of Nursing Department;

Medical Research Institute: President and Vice President;

Medical and Nursing Training Institute: President and Vice President.

2. HR Director and Manager;

Marketing Director and Manager;

Finance Director and Manager;

Manager and Engineer of IT System Maintenance;

Manager and Supervisor of Medical Equipment Management. 

3. Requirements: 40-55 of age, bachelor degree or above; acquainted with finance and law; strong organizing and coordinating ability; good knowledge of a foreign language. Minimum 5-year working experience in related profession.

II.    Medical Professionals

1. Senior Clinical Specialists, Professors, Department Directors, Chief Physicians, Associate Chief Physicians, Attending Physicians, Head and Senior Nurses, Chief Pharmacists and Associate Chief Pharmacists.

2. Requirements: below 60 years old; with a good reputation at home and abroad, or in the region; bachelor degree or above; good knowledge of a foreign language; minimum 5-year working experience in above corresponding positions at a large hospital with more than 500 beds.
